The Application of Auto-Suggestion
A point to be kept in mind is the fact that, just as electricity will turn the wheels of industry and serve mankind in a million other ways, or snuff out life if wrongly applied, so will this principle of Auto-suggestion otherwise known as the Law of Attraction, shall lead you up the mountain-side of peace and prosperity, or down into the valley of misery and poverty, according to the application you make of it.
I Believe
I believe in myself.
I believe in those who work with me.
I believe in my employer.
I believe in my friends.
I believe in my family.
I believe that God will lend me everything I need with which to succeed if I do my best to earn it through faithful and honest service.
I believe in prayer and I will never close my eyes in sleep without praying for divine guidance to the end that I will be patient with other people and tolerant with those who do not believe as I do.
I believe that success is the result of intelligent effort and does not depend upon luck or sharp practices or double-crossing friends, fellow men or my employer.
I believe I will get out of life exactly what I put into it, therefore I will be careful to conduct myself toward others as I would want them to act toward me.
I will not slander those whom I do not like.
I will not slight my work no matter what I may see others doing.
I will render the best service of which I am capable because I have pledged myself to succeed in
life and I know that success is always the result of conscientious and efficient effort.
Finally, I will forgive those who offend me because I realize that I shall sometimes offend others and I will need their forgiveness.

Self defeating Belief: Once Poor Always Poor?
Here is another man who was born of poor parents. Since the first day that he can remember he has seen evidence of poverty. He has heard talk of poverty. He has felt the icy hand of poverty on his shoulders and it has so impressed him that he fixes it in his mind as a curse to which he must submit. Quite unconsciously he permits himself to fall victim of the belief "once poor always poor" until that belief becomes the dominating thought of his mind. He resembles a horse that has been harnessed and broken until it forgets that it has the potential power with which to throw off that harness. Auto-suggestion is rapidly relegating him to the back of the stage of life.
Finally he becomes a quitter. Ambition is gone. Opportunity comes his way no longer, or if it does he has not the vision to see it. He has accepted his FATE! It is a well established fact that the faculties of the mind, like the limbs of the body, atrophy and wither away if not used. Self-confidence is no exception. It develops when used but disappears if not used.

Here is a man who has been well schooled and has the ability to render the world some needed service. Somewhere, sometime, he has heard it said that modesty is a great virtue and that to push himself to the front of the stage in the game of life savors of egotism. He quietly slips in at the back door and takes a seat at the rear while other players in the game of life boldly step to the front. He remains in the back row because he fears "what they will say."
Self Defeating Beliefs 2 No Man is Worthy of Trust
What a tragedy to watch a man drive himself when he begins to arrive along about the forty-year mile post of life-the age at which he is just beginning to mature mentally. At forty a man is just entering the age in which he is able to see and understand and assimilate the handwriting of Nature, as it appears in the forests and flowing brooks and faces of men and little children, yet this devil fear drives him so hard that he becomes blinded and lost in the entanglement of a maze of conflicting desires. The principle of organized effort is lost sight of, and instead of laying hold of Nature's forces which are in evidence all around him, and permitting those forces to carry heights to the heights of great achievement, he defies them and they become forces of destruction.
Perhaps none of these great forces of Nature are more available for man's unfoldment than is the principle of Auto-suggestion, but ignorance of this force is leading the majority of the human race to apply it so that it acts as a hindrance and not as a help.
Let us here enumerate the facts which show just how this misapplication of a great force of Nature takes place:
Here is a man who meets with some disappointment; a friend proves false, or a neighbor seems indifferent. Forthwith he decides (through self-suggestion) all men are untrustworthy and all neighbors unappreciative. These thoughts so deeply imbed themselves in his subconscious mind that they color his whole attitude toward others.

"Something in human nature makes us resent the impact of new ideas."
"On a recent rainy night, Carl Lomen, the reindeer king of Alaska, told me a true story. It has stuck in my crop ever since. And now I am going to pass it along.
"'A certain Greenland Eskimo,' said Lomen, 'was taken on one of the American North Polar expeditions a number of years ago. Later, as a reward for faithful service, he was brought to New York City for a short visit. At all the miracles of sight and sound he was filled with a most amazed wonder. When he returned to his native village he told stories of buildings that rose into the very face of the sky; of street cars, which he described as houses that moved along the trail, with people living in them as they moved; of mammoth bridges, artificial lights, and all the other dazzling concomitants of the metropolis.
"'His people looked at him coldly and walked away. And forthwith throughout the whole village he was dubbed "Sagdluk," meaning "the Liar," and this name he carried in shame to his grave. Long before his death his original name was entirely forgotten.
"'When Knud Rasmussen made his trip from Greenland to Alaska he was accompanied by a Greenland Eskimo named Mitek (Eider Duck). Mitek visited Copenhagen and New York, where he saw many things for the first time and was greatly impressed. Later, upon his return to Greenland, he recalled the tragedy of Sagdluk, and decided that it would not be wise to tell the truth. Instead, he would narrate stories that his people could grasp, and thus save his reputation.
"'So he told them how he and Doctor Rasmussen maintained a kayak on the banks of a great river, the Hudson, and how, each morning, they paddled out for their hunting. Ducks, geese and seals were to be had a-plenty, and they enjoyed the visit immensely.
"'Mitek, in the eyes of his countrymen, is a very honest man. His neighbors treat him with rare respect.'
"The road of the truth-teller has always been rocky. Socrates sipping the hemlock, Christ crucified, Stephen stoned, Bruno burned at the stake, Galileo terrified into retraction of his starry truths - forever could one follow that bloodly trail through the pages of history.
"Something in human nature makes us resent the impact of new ideas."
We hate to be disturbed in the beliefs and prejudices that have been handed down with the family furniture. At maturity too many of us go into hibernation, and live off the fat of ancient fetishes. If a new idea invades our, den we rise up snarling from our winter sleep.

Uncovering Your Self Defeating Beliefs
1. Abandonment
I knew you wouldnt come back!!
If you have ever muttered words like this then chances are you believe that people abandon you.
The power of any belief while transiting through the remaining days of this "Age of Belief" is strong enough to impair or impede ones internal shift in structure.
We have witnessed centuries of impractical applications of magic dressed up in dogmatic disguise and are currently living in its affect.
Confusion reigns supreme in the physical realm however this can only happen after the minds responsible for this confusion have become confused.
If you believe that people abandon you then you will constantly be manifesting situations where loved ones (usually just after a moment of intimacy) abandon you and your needs on one or all of the three planes of life force expression.
I have two questions for you...
Would you rather be right or would you rather be happy?
Would you rather be fragile of broken? If your fragile you can still change but if you fundamentally believe your broken, your never going to afford yourself the opportunity to change and change you must in order to continue to participate in your own evolution.
Would you rather continue your subconscious hunt for evidence to confirm your beliefs existence?
Are you tired of giving yourself, whom is far more powerful then you think, to scared men who are incapable of love and will only be able lead you in rediscovering the negative side of the wounds that keep you from loving!
Give that wound a voice and kiss your belief in abandonment away.

SELF DEFEATING BELIEFS AFFECT ON INDIVIDUAL SUBJECTIVE EXPERIENCE
Unmolested Condition
On the subject of love, it is in fact an unmolested, unconditioned constant within the multi dimensional realm of organic oneness. Not until it comes into contact with its own creation, The Human and his most peculiar conditions, does love become conditional.
Although the core fundimental principles of love are unwavering, it's logical extension in the physical realm, The Human Being, is still subject to the distortion of the instinctual reactive "SELF". This integral component of the present manifestation of collective life force, homo sapien, has manifested its own version of his or her self I call the BELIEF SELF. It is within the perceptions and projections of the BELIEF SELF that love's logical extension becomes illogical.
This unfortunate yet common effect is caused largely in part to emotional, mental and physical trauma. Out of these moments when trauma occurs, a distorted perception manifests. Many beliefs about ones own nature, abilities and limitations manifest, most of which are self defeating in nature. Over time, these beliefs become re enforced through failed relationships, inability or unwillingness to experience anything that threatens these self defeating beliefs.
One might go to great lengths to validate these beliefs by choosing partners, jobs, habits and obsessions that confirm what is believed to be true. Addictions of all types either to substance, matter, others or even religion and spirituality are the effect caused by a deep and often unconscious NEED to be right rather than be happy.
Here is a list of definitions that may be useful to know when delving into this often uncharted realm of belief:
Conditional: Depending on other factors: not certain
Limitation: Something that limits a quality or achievement
Unmolested: Not having been disturbed, accosted or attacked (BEING)
Organic: Of or characterized by the coordination of integral parts, organized. developing naturally
Oneness: unity of thought, feeling, belief, aim, etc.; agreement;concord.
Condition: a particular state of being or existence; situation with respect to circumstance,
external or existing circumstances that limit or restrict.
Human: Primarily or usually harbored by, affecting, or attacking (medical definition)
Being: absolute existence in a complete or perfect state,lacking no essential characteristic;
essence.
Instinctual: Derived from or prompted by instinct instinctive fear
Reactive: occurring as a result of stress or emotional upset especially from factors outside the
organism
Self: the physical component of a human being that affects or is affected by its own subjective experience in the physical realm as well as the collective multidimensional life force known as the universe. with the self, there lies proof
In conclusion, It is the relation to or resistence of the collective multidimensional life force manifested in human form that creates disease and attachments which limit the expression of love and creativity. The Human form may appear to differ physically, intellectually or in the capacity to comprehend and express but the only actual variation is in individualized consciousness which is expressed according to tonal vibration. This tonal vibration is determined by the sum of all actions taken and all beliefs upheld both positive and negative.
Integral: Being an essential part (of); intrinsic
Being unconditional, love has all conditions set upon it by humans who have become conditioned. Like man, Love possesses infinite creative potential therefore any condition imposed on love as expressed by humans is in fact a limitation imposed upon its already limited aveues of expression here in this reality.
Impeding loves necessity to have suitable avenues of expression is the limiting and deadly component of our being otherwise known as the BELIEF SELF. We cannot alter or change the nature or state of love however it is possible to impose our own distorted cocepts of love on our own experience and than of another.
In a predictibale fashion the human, as demonstrated in the garden of eden by adam, took from the tree of knowledge and in that instance transformed us all from human beings into THE GARDEN OF NEEDING. We BELIEVE we NEED because we have forgotten we are the truth.
We need people to love us yet we must first allow love to reunify the our fragmented parts so that we can experience a completness within us. Then all SELF imposed conditions as well as limitations would no longer disrupt the transmission of love and distort love into projection of our own conditional and highly subjective experience. This experience is dominated or at the very least limited by our belief system. It is this BELIEF SELF that ultimatly distingushes the human condition from the spiritual experience.
